ORDER
This Department’s Order No. 3/3/2018-CS.II(A) dated 01.03.2019 directed the concerned Ministries/Departments to relieve the officers(s) concerned by 08.03.2019 under Rotational Transfer Policy so that the officers could join the allocated Ministry/Department. However, it has been observed that not all the officers have been relieved so far.
- Accordingly, all the Principal Private Secretaries who have not yet been relieved, are hereby deemed relieved from their respective Ministries/Departments w.e.f. 06.11.2019(AN) with the direction to report for duty to their allotted Ministries/Departments.
- The Principal Private Secretaries who were retained for limited period (Annexure-II to the OM No. 3/3/2018-CS.II(A) dated 01.03.2019) are, hereby, deemed relieved from their respective Ministries/Departments w.e.f. 06.11.2019(AN) with the direction to report for duty to the allocated Ministry/Department as shown in Annexure-I to this Order.
- Apart from this, there have been requests from various Ministries/Departments for retention of officers. The matter has been examined in the Department. With the approval of Secretary (P), it has been decided not to accede to the request for retention of any officer. However, the transfer order has been kept in abeyance in respect of 3 officers for a few months as shown in Annexure-II. They are also deemed relieved and directed to report to the allocated Ministry/Department on the very next working day of the date indicated against their name in Annexure-II.
- The officers who are on leave will join the allocated Ministries/Departments on the very next working day on resuming their duty after availing the leave.
- The concerned cadre units as well as the officers concerned are requested to comply with the order. The onus to join the allocated Ministry/Department as mentioned above, will be on the officer concerned and failure to do so may attract punitive action. It will also be incumbent upon the cadre unit/Ministry/Department and the officer concerned, not to draw salary beyond the stipulated date.
- This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
- A copy of relieving/joining order may also be furnished to this Department for records.
