This Office Memorandum from the Department of Personnel & Training modifies the existing Rotational Transfer Policy (RTP) applicable to officers of the Central Secretariat Stenographers Service. Specifically, it revises the exemption criteria for CSSS personnel nearing superannuation. Previously, officers with one year of service remaining were exempt; the revision extends this exemption to those with two years of service left. Upon promotion, these officers will be adjusted within their current Ministry/Department if a vacancy exists. All other terms and conditions of the original O.M. dated 21.7.2009 remain in effect.
