Subject: Rotational Transfer of Under Secretary of CSS – Second Revision in the list of eligible officers – regarding
In partial modification to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 26.09.2017 and 27.09.2017, it is hereby stated that there is again a minor change in list of Group ‘A’ officers mentioned at Annexure-I as UPSC and Ministry of Home Affairs have now pointed out that one of their officers working in the respective Ministries have not completed the six years tenure under RTP. Accordingly, 02 names (S.No. 71, namely, Shri Rakesh Kumar Dixit, Under Secretary, UPSC and S.No. 59, namely, Shri Sanjay Kumar, Under Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs) in the earlier list (vide O.M. dated 27.09.2017) at Annexure-I has been removed and instead names of the following officers, have now been included at their appropriate places in Annexure I (revised).

- There is no change in list of Group ‘B’ officers as mentioned at Annexure -II. The vacancy position has accordingly been revised under Group ‘A’ Ministries/Deptts. as one vacancy is now available in Department of Expenditure and there is reduction of one vacancy in UPSC. In respect of Ministry of Home Affairs, there is no change in vacancy position. The revised list of vacancies in both the Groups is at Annexure-III. The officers whose names are now indicated in the list are requested to indicate their preferences for posting in the enclosed format at Annexure-IV which should reach CS.I Division latest by 2.00 PM of 06.10.2017 through e-mail only. The other terms and conditions remain the same as stipulated in this Department’s earlier O.M. dated 26.09.2017.
