Subject: Rotational Transfer of Under Secretary of CSS – Completion of data in WBCMS-regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to the revised Rotational Transfer Policy published in the website of this Department vide O.M.No.21/2/2009-CS.I(P) dated $16^{\text {th }}$ July, 2015 and to say that this Department is in process of preparing RTP list of Under Secretaries of CSS for the year 2017.
2. While compiling the data of the officers, it has been found that data in respect of some officers as mentioned at Annexure-I are not complete. Only their present posting detail as Under Secretary is available at cscms.nic.in. Ministries/Departments of these officers are therefore, requested to send their complete posting details in the prescribed format enclosed as Annexure-II to this Department latest by 31.05.2017.
