R

This Office Memorandum addresses the delayed relieving of 15 Under Secretaries of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) following previous orders issued on October 13, 2017, and November 10, 2017. Despite requests for immediate relieving, several officers remain in their original departments. The memorandum reiterates the need for compliance and states that officers will be deemed relieved effective June 5, 2018, if relieving orders aren’t issued. The responsibility for joining the new assigned department rests with the officer, and failure to do so may result in disciplinary action. Departments are requested to submit copies of relieving/joining orders for record-keeping.
