OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Rotational transfer of Under Secretaries.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s order of even number dated 24.1.2008 on the above mentioned subject by which 164 officers in the Grade I (Under Secretary) of CSS were transferred from one Department to the other. Consequent upon the aforesaid Order, requests were received from Ministries/Departments seeking their retention for a limited period in public interest. The same has been considered on merits and the following officers have been allowed to continue in their present Department/Ministry where posted for the period mentioned against their names: –
