This order details the rotational transfers of two Under Secretaries, Shri T Avudai Kandhan and Ms. R Bagavathi, in accordance with the Rotational Transfer Policy for CSS officers. Shri Kandhan is transferred from the Ministry of Agriculture Cooperation & Farmers Welfare to the Staff Selection Commission in Chennai, while Ms. Bagavathi is transferred from the Earth Sciences to NATGRID, Data Recovery Centre, Bangalore. The officers are to be relieved immediately to take up their new assignments, and arrangements for substitutes will be made in the respective ministries.
