OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Rotational transfer of PS of CSSS- Furnishing of personal information thereof – reg.
In continuation of this Department’s OM of even No. dated 03.02.2016, the undersigned is directed to say that some Private Secretaries presently posted in Ministry/Department in Group-A have opted for posting a Ministry/Department in Group-A on their transfer under RTP. It may be noted that under RTP officers are transferred from Group-A to Group-B and from Group-B to Group-A as the case may be.
- In view of the above, officers as per the annexure, who had exercised option to a Ministry/Department in Group-A are requested to submit fresh options for a Ministry/Department in Group-B latest by 02.03.2016 in the format at Annexure-IV of the ibid OM to this Department through fax. Hard copies of the same may also be furnished immediately. If revised option is not received by 02.03.2016, it will be presumed that the officer has no specific choice and posting will be decided by the Placement Committee accordingly.
- Other terms & conditions mentioned in the OM dated 03.02.2016 would remain unchanged.
