Subject: Rotational transfer of Personal Assistant of CSSS-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even no. dated 13.05.2016 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the list of the officials to be covered under RTP both under Group-‘A’ and ‘B’ had been revised and the officials concerned in both Groups had been requested to exercise their options for further posting in the Ministries/Departments in the other Group or as the case may be as per the RTP.
- All the concerned Ministries/Departments are, once again, requested to verify the details of officers and any addition or deletion, if required, may kindly be brought to the notice of this Department without any delay. The list of brief details of officers who are likely to be considered for rotational transfer is at Annexure-I of this Department’s OM of even number dated 13.05.2016. This list is also attached herewith for perusal of all Ministries/Departments.

Further, in the case of officials who are posted at outstation and whose names had been mentioned in the Annexure-I of this Department’s OM No. 5/4/2015-CS-II(C)(vol.II) dated 13.05.2016 and those who had completed the prescribed tenure of PA under RTP of CSSS on 01st July, 2015, the Cadre Units will circulate these anticipated vacancies first under the provision of Para 14 of RTP. The requisite information be provided in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-II) to this Department.
