Subject: Revival of CGERWA, KB Block, Sector-III, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to your letter No.CGERWA/KB/55/2015-17 dated 14.07.2017 on the above mentioned subject. After consideration, it has been decided to revive recognition to the CGERWA, KB Block, SectorIII, Salt Lake, Kolkata with immediate effect subject to following conditions:-
i. The Association adheres to the procedure and follows the rules for this purpose.
ii. The Association should submit their audited accounts to this Department every year in the prescribed performa.
iii. Utilization certificate/Audit certificate in respect of grants released in an earlier financial year, if not received by the end of next financial year may amount to misutilization of funds/grant and the concerned functionary/functionaries of the Managing Committee may be liable to disciplinary action under the provision of conduct rules.
