Subject:-Revision of state cadre of Shri Dewan Mahali, Clerk, Department of Home (Guards), Fire Fighting Services, head Quarter.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that the prayer of petitioner in the Writ Petition No. W.P.(S) of 2009 filed by him for change of cadre from Bihar to Jharkhand State on the basis that his name was tentatively proposed for allocation to Jharkhand and finally allocated to Bihar and the allocation of S.T. category employees to Bihar in the cadre is $50 \%$, which is against the policy. The issue has been examined in this Department.
2. The competent authority in the Central Government has accepted the prayer of the petitioner Shri Dewan Mahali, Clerk, Department of Home (Guard), Fire Fighting Headquarter for revision of his State cadre from State of Bihar to State of Jharkhand against 1 vacant post. The allocation order No.75b( $\mathbf{3 0}$ )/2006 dated 10.07.2009 of the petitioner stands modified accordingly to this extent.
3. The State Government are advised to take further action consequent upon revision of the State cadre of the petitioner.
