Subject:- Revision of State Cadre of Smt. Neeraj Kumari, Executive Magistrate.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the above mentioned subject and to say that the representation dated 28.5.2009 of Smt. Neeraj Kumari, Executive Magistrate regarding revision of State Cadre from Bihar to Jharkhand has been considered under the spouse policy on the basis of recommendations of both the state Governments. It has been decided to accept the request of Smt. Neeraj Kumari and decided to revise her cadre from State of Bihar to State of Jharkhand under the spouse policy.
2. The order dated $2(\mathrm{a})(\mathrm{Bi}) / 2003$ dated $8 / 4 / 2009$ is deemed to be modified accordingly.
3. It is requested that necessary action for revising of State Cadre of Smt. Neeraj Kumari, Executive Magistrate may be taken. This order can be downloaded from website of this Ministry (persmin.nic#SR Division#Recent orders=Jharkhand).
