This document announces the decision by the Central Government to revise the state cadre allocation for Smt. Malti Choudhary, a Jute Extension Officer in the Department of Agriculture. Subject:- Decision on the representation of Smt. Malti Choudhary, Jute Extension Officer, Department of Agriculture for revision of allocation from Bihar to Jharkhand State.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the representation submitted by Smt. Malti Choudhary, Jute Extension Officer, Department of Agriculture for change of her State allocation and to say that after careful consideration of her representation the Central Government has decided to revise her allocation from the Successor State of Bihar to successor State of Jharkhand as per the policy on allocation of female State Government employees.
- The allocation of State cadre of Smt. Malti Choudhary may be revised from the State of Bihar to the State of Jharkhand. To this effect the final allocation order issued vide this Department’s order No.53A(Bihar)/2006 dated 29.05.2009 is modified accordingly.

It is requested to kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter and suitably inform Smt. Malti Choudhary about the decision of the Central Government.
