An order has been issued revising the state allocation of Shri Ehtesam Rasool, an Anudeshak (MLT) in the Department of Human Resource Development, from Jharkhand to Bihar. The State Advisory Committee, Bihar in its meeting held by way of circulation of agenda, considered the representation of Shri Ehtesam Rasool, Anudeshak (MLT), Department of Human Resource Development. The recommendations of the Committee are as under:
“Shri Rasool has submitted a representation for revision of State allocation from Jharkhand to Bihar. He has mentioned in his representation that his daughter is suffering from mental disability and is 100% mentally/physically disabled. Shri Rasool attached certificate regarding mental disability of his daughter.
O/s State Advisory Committee, Bihar informed that Shri Rasool was finally allocated to Jharkhand against his option and domicile in General Category on juniority basis. It has also been informed that earlier Shri Rasool had submitted a representation against his tentative allocation to Jharkhand on medical grounds. His representation was considered by the then State Advisory Committee and not found fit for acceptance.
In the light of submission of O/o State Advisory Committee, the Committee considered the representation of Shri Rasool and recommended revision of his allocation from Jharkhand to Bihar under the medical hardships category as his daughter is 100% mentally/physically disabled.”
- The Central Government has accepted the recommendations of the State Advisory Committee, Bihar and hereby revises allocation of Shri Ehtesam Rasool, Anudeshak (MLT) from Jharkhand to Bihar. It is requested that further necessary action may please be initiated accordingly.
