ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of State Civil Service of Goa segment of joint AGMUT cadre from the Select List 2012 and 2013, their seniority/year of allotment was fixed vide this Department’s order No.14014/07/2007-AIS.I dated 07.03.2017.
- However, it has now been observed that due to re-determination of seniority/year of allotment of the officers appointed to IAS from the Select Lists for the year 2010 and 2011 vide this Department’s order No.14014/07/2005-AIS.I dated 26.02.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers appointed from the Select Lists for the year also need to be revised.
- In view of the above, the Seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been re-determined under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:

5.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select list of 2013 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Arun L. Dessai, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2009 batch (Select List 2012) and above Dr. Lalrozama, promotee IAS officer of 2009 batch (Non-SCS category) of Joint AGMUT cadre.
6. This issues in supersession of this Department’s order No.14014/07/2007-AIS.I dated 07.03.2017. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
