In partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated 14.03.2016, Select List 2012 (prepared against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2012) of Madhya Pradesh Cadre has been revised and may be read as under:
Select List of 2012
(Prepared against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012)
- Seniority /year of allotment of officer at SI. No. 1 in the Select List 2012 have been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rule, 1987.
1.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 2 of the Select List of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Ravindra Singh, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2004 batch (SL of 2011) and above Shri Rahul Jain, senior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch.
1.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 3 of the Select List of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Sanjeev Singh, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch and above Dr. Khade Sudam Pandharinath, senior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch.
