Dr. Meenakshi Joshi, a Senior Medical Officer, and Shri Sanjay Kumar Goyal, an Investigator cum Computer Operator, are the individuals whose postings have been re-evaluated. The latter’s transfer is contingent on the confirmation of his Uttar Pradesh cadre status. This decision underscores the government’s commitment to ensuring fair and policy-compliant transfers, while all other aspects of previous directives remain intact.

इस विभाग के समसंख्यक पत्रांक 23 अप्रैल, 2010 के तहत जारी किए गए पत्र का आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए निम्नलिखित कार्मिकों का आवंटन दाम्पत्य नीति के अंतर्गत उत्तर प्रदेश से उत्तराखण्ड परिशोधित किया जाता है :
(1) डा0 मीनाक्षी जोशी, वरिष्ठ चिकित्साधिकारी, जिला महिला चिकित्सालय, देहरादून ।
(2) श्री संजय कुमार गोयल, अन्वेषक कम संगणक, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, बरखेडा, पीलीभीत (उत्तर प्रदेश काडर में होने की पुष्टि के उपरान्त लागू )।
(3) शेष मामले अपरिवर्तित रहेंगे ।
(4) असुविधा के लिए खेद है।
