Sub: Consideration of representations of Assistant Engineer (Civil) (Plain Cadre), Irrigation Department –
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the State Advisory Committee in its meeting held on 17.06.2010 re-considered the representations of S/Shri Sudhanshu Manohar Singh, Pramod Kumar, Rajendra Prasad, Brijesh Kumar Porewal, all Assistant Engineer(Civil), on the grounds that they were appointed by the State Public Commission for the posts meant for the Plain Cadre and separate appointments were made for the Hill Cadre. The Committee considered the representations and recommended to accept the representations and exclude the names of the 4 personnel from the Final Allocation list for Uttarakhand.
The Government of India has accepted the recommendations of the State Advisory Committee and accordingly the final allocation of S/Shri Sudhanshu Manohar Singh, Pramod Kumar, Rajendra Prasad, Brijesh Kumar Porewal, all Assistant Engineers(Civil), Irrigation Department is hereby revised to Uttar Pradesh in supersession with earlier order No. 27/21/2009SRS dt. 17.03.2010. The officers concerned may be apprised accordingly.
