This order conveys the Government of India’s approval for the recommendations of the Advisory Committee regarding the revision of employee allocation. Following observations by the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad and considering several writ petitions, seven employees from the Agriculture and Marketing Department of Uttar Pradesh, who did not join in Uttarakhand due to court stays, will have their allocation revised from Uttarakhand back to Uttar Pradesh. This approval is contingent upon the employees withdrawing their respective writ petitions and providing documentary proof to the concerned department head.

ORDER
- Approval of the Government of India is hereby conveyed to the recommendations of the Advisory Committee made in the meeting of the Committee held on 10.09.2015 in North Block, New Delhi to deliberate revision of allocation of employees as per revised guidelines dated 27.03.2015 issued in pursuance of observations of the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad in WP No. 3636/2005 (JN Doharey vs State of UP & Ors.) and linked WPs, for retention of 7 employees of Agriculture and Marketing Department, UP (as per the list enclosed), who did not join in Uttarakhand due to stay granted by the Hon’ble High Court in different WPs. Accordingly, the allocation of these employees (as per the list enclosed) is revised from Uttarakhand to UP.

The approval as mentioned in para 1 above is subject to the withdrawal of the Writ Petition by the employee concerned filed in the Hon’ble High Court and submission of the documentary proof by him / her to this effect to the Head of the Department concerned.
