This document communicates a significant revision in the allocation of Class-IV personnel within the Jail Department. Following a recommendation from an Advisory Committee meeting on February 14, 2011, the allocation for six Class-IV personnel, initially designated for Uttarakhand under the juniormost category, has been revised. The Government of India has officially accepted this recommendation, and these six individuals will now be finally allocated to Uttar Pradesh. This decision is in accordance with a previous departmental letter dated November 2, 2007. The concerned officers are to be informed of this change. It’s important to note that this reallocation is contingent upon the vacation of any stay orders or the disposal of any other court cases related to these individuals.

Subject: Consideration of cases of Class-IV personnel of Jail Department – regarding
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the Advisory Committee in its meeting held on 14.02 .2011 considered cases of 6 Class-IV personnel as per Annexure who were finally allocated to Uttarakhand under junicrmost category. The Committee recommended to revise allocation of these 6 personnel as per Annexure to UP in terms of this Department’s letter No.14(C)/03/2006-SRS dated 02.11.2007.
2. The Government of India has accepted the recommendation of the Committee and accordingly final allocation of 6 personnel of Jail Department is revised to Uttar Pradesh. The officers concerned may kindly be apprised accordingly.
This is subject to vacation of stay/disposal in any other court cases connected with the case, if any.
