Subject:- Revision allocation of Shri Pramod Narain Singh, Executive Engineer (Mechanical), Road Construction Department from Jharkhand to Bihar – compliance of the direction of Hon’ble High Court of Patna in C.W.J.C. No.6727/2005 dated 13.11.2007.
Sir,
In compliance with the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Patna in C.W.J.C. No.6727/2005 dated 13.11.2007 and on the basis of the recommendation of the Administrative Department and the Home (Special) Department, the Central Government has considered the request of Shri Pramod Narain Singh since his junior have been allocated to Bihar as per their options, the Central Government has as decided to revise the state cadre allocation of Shri Pramod Narain Singh from the State of Jharkhand to Bihar. To this effect the final allocation order issued vide order No.13(Jha)/2004 dated 23.09.2004 deemed to be modified accordingly.
- Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri Pramod Narain Singh about the decision of the Central Government.
