Uttar Pradesh as per the guidelines for allocation of Class IV employees from Uttar Pradesh
to Uttarakhand-reg.
Sir,
Kindly refer to the e-mail dated 25.07.2014 (at 05.47 p.m.) forwarding therewith the
minutes of the Advisory Committee’s meeting held at UP Bhawan, New Delhi on 18.07.2014 for the
approval of the members of the Committee. In this regard, I am directed to say that during the
meeting it was decided inter alia that the allocation of Sh. Ram Dayal and Sh. Raeez Ahmed, Peons
of Department of I&B from Uttar Pradesh to Uttarakhand as per the guidelines for allocation of
Class IV employees may be recommended subject to the condition that the Administrative
Department will verify that the Petitioners are eligible for re-allocation under the guidelines for
Class IV employees.
- In view of the above, you are requested to kindly furnish the following details to get the
approval of the Central Govt. of re-allocation of Sh. Ram Dayal and Sh. Raeez Ahmed, Peons:
(i) Status of the employee, whether they belongs to Class IV as on the appointed day.
(ii) The date of their appointment.
