This document details the approval for a revision in allocation to Uttar Pradesh for Shri Harsharan Lal Sharma, a Lecturer in Hindi at Rajkiya Inter College, Pauri Garwal. The decision follows a recommendation by the State Advisory Committee, which considered the representation of Shri Sharma. His son, who was compulsorily retired from the Army as 100% physically handicapped due to battle casualties (loss of both hands, left eye, fractured left leg, and fibs), was the subject of the representation. The Government of India has accepted this recommendation, and Shri Sharma has now been allocated to Uttar Pradesh as a special case. The concerned officers are to be apprised accordingly.
