In compliance of directions dated 06.07 .2015 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of M.P. at Jabalpur in W.P. No. 8959/2004, the Central Govt. has considered the allocation of Shri Mukesh Srivastava in the light of the factual position received from the State Govt. and observed that he was allocated to the State of Chhattisgarh as Principal, High School considering him an employee of Department of Tribal Welfare. Now, as informed by the State Govt., Shri Srivastava is deemed posted as a Lecturer in Department of School Education w.e.f. 30.03.2000 subsequent upon merger of his service from Department of Tribal Welfare to Department of School Education, vide order 31.10.2001. He is therefore eligible for allocation to Madhya Pradesh as per his option as Lecturer (Maths) under Department of School Education being an employee of that Department as on the appointed day for allocation i.e. 1.11.2000.
2. In view of the above, the Central Government hereby orders to revise the allocation of Shri Mukesh Srivastava and re-allocates him to the State of Madhya Pradesh as Lecturer (Maths) in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500 under Department of School Education. It is further ordered that the allocation of Shri Mukesh Srivastava in the capacity of Principal, High School under Department of Tribal Welfare to Chhattisgarh may be treated as cancelled.
