Subject: Review of USSLs 2004-2008: seeking vigilance clearance regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $2^{\text {nd }}$ November 2015 seeking vigilance status in respect of 32 SC/ST category officers who have been included in SO SL-1996 in pursuance to Supreme Court’s order in Rohtas Bhankar case and who have become eligible to be considered in the proposed review DPC for USSLs 2004-2008.
2. Out of 32 officers, the vigilance status in respect of 13 officers as per the annexure has not yet been received. Ministries/ Departments concerned where these officers are presently posted are requested to convey the vigilance status of these officers urgently to enable this Department to firm up proposal for review of USSLs.
