A review Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) is scheduled to convene to assess officers from the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) for potential placement in appropriate Select Lists of the Selection Grade, specifically for the role of Deputy Secretary. The Ministries and Departments involved are required to furnish the vigilance status and penalty statements of the officers to AVD-I of DOPT to enable them to furnish the final vigilance status of the officers.
