राष्ट्रपति यह निदेश देते हैं कि भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के ओडिशा संवर्ग के (ओआर:1976) के सदस्य श्री जयंत कुमार डे को भारतीय सेवाएं (अवकाश) नियमावली, 1955 के नियम 7(2)(ख) के अनुसार दिनांक 10.05 .2007 से त्यागपत्र दिया हुआ समझा जाता है।
