This office memorandum details the response to a request from the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the retention of Shri Awadhesh Thakur, a PA (Ad-hoc) in the Secretary’s office. OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Request for retention of Shri Awadhesh Thakur PA(Ad-hoc) posted in the office of Secretary, Union Public Service Commission – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Union Public Service Commission’s D.O. letter No. A-32015/1/2011-Admn. I dated $16^{\text {th }}$ August, 2012 addressed to Joint Secretary, DOP&T on the subject mentioned above and to say that the request for retention of Shri Awadhesh Thakur, PA(ad-hoc) posted in the office of Secretary, UPSC has not been agreed to in view of the provisions of RTP issued vide this Department’s O.M. dated $15^{\text {th }}$ July, 2011.
2. This issues with the approval of JS(AT\&A).
