सा. का. नि. 552(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार ने, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और इस बिपय में ओडिशा राज्य सरकार से अनुरोध प्राप्त होने पर, भारत सरकार के कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 934 (अ) दिनांक 4 जुलाई, 1986 द्वारा ओडिशा प्रशासनिक अधिकरण को दिनांक 14 जुलाई, 1986 से स्थापित किया है;

और ओडिशा राज्य सरकार ने, ओडिशा उड्ड न्यायलय की सहमति प्राप्त करने के पश्चात, अब उक्त ओडिशा प्रशासनिक अधिकरण को समाप्त करने के लिए अनुरोध किया है;

अतः अब, केंद्रीय सरकार, साधारण खंड अधिनियम, 1897 (1897 का 10) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा बिखंडित करने से पूर्व की जानी बाली अथवा हटाई जाने बाली सम्बंधित चीज़ो को छोड़कर, दिनांक 4 जुलाई, 1986 की उक्त अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 934 (अ) को भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से बिखंडित करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd August, 2019
G.S.R.552(E).-Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985) and on receipt of the request from the Government of the State of Odisha in this behalf, the Central Government has established the Odisha Administrative Tribunal with effect from the $14^{\text {th }}$ July, 1986 vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection(i), vide number GSR 934(E), dated the $4^{\text {th }}$ July, 1986;

And whereas, the Government of the State of Odisha, after obtaining the concurrence of the High Court of Orissa, has now made a request for abolition of the said Odisha Administrative Tribunal;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985, read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government hereby rescinds the said notification number G.S.R. 934 (E), dated the $4^{\text {th }}$ July, 1986, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
