OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Reporting of vacancies in various grades of CSS, CSSS and CSCS Cadres-Adherence to prescribed time Schedule -Reporting of vacancy position in the Steno Gr. ‘A\&B’ (Merged) of CSSS for the Select List Year 2008- reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department O.M. No.7/6/2005CS.II dated 15.11.2006 on the above mentioned subject and to say that as per time schedule for reporting the vacancy position laid down therein the cadres are required to furnish the tentative vacancy position to this Department by 30^{th } April and later, on concrete basis by 31^{st } August of the particular recruitment year. It is noted that the target date of 31^{st } August, 2008 has already passed, but the vacancy position in respect of Steno Gr. ‘A\&B’ (Merged) of CSSS for the Select List Year 2008 (for DE Quota as well as Seniority Quota) has not been received as yet in this Department despite lapse of considerable time.
- It is, therefore, requested that the requisite information may please be furnished to this Department, in the prescribed proforma, immediately.
