- In respect of the officers at Sl.No. 1 to 3, the period they remained under posting in this Department i.e. from the date of their reporting till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officers by the Ministry/Department to which they are now posted. In respect of officer at Sl.No. 4, the period of compulsory wait is from 29.05.2014 on which date he reported to duty on the personal staff of MoS(DONER) from where he was relieved on 25.06.2014. Pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Department of Agriculture & Cooperation.
