With immediate effect and until further orders, on his repatriation from deputation post of Assistant Registrar from Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi, Shri Satya Prakash Ram Tripathi, Under Secretary (CSL No.8530) is posted in the Department of Personnel \& Training.
2. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 17.10.2016 till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Department of Personnel \& Training.
