- The period for which the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from the date of their reporting in DoPT (23.07.2021) till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by the Ministry / Department to which he is now posted.
- The approval of the competent authority is also conveyed for grant of cadre clearance to Shri Chandra Mohan Sharma, US, for his appointment as Additional Private Secretary in the personal staff of Hon’ble Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas (Shri Hardeep S. Puri).
- It is certified that the officer is clear from vigilance angle. The appointment of the officer may also be updated in the deputation module of Web Based Cadre Management System and a copy of relieving of the officer may be endorsed to this Department. It may be ensured that the officer is free from vigilance angle at the time of his relieving.
- The appointment of the officer will be subject to fulfilment of conditions stipulated in terms of DOPT’s O.M.No.8/50/2013-CS.II (C) dated 26.05.2014, O.M.No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay.II) dated 17.6.2010, O.M.No.2/11/2016-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 20.07.2018 and any other instructions issued from time to time.
