OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Vigilance status of the USs included in US SLs 2004 to 2008 and SOs working as US on ad hoc basis – Review DPC of the Select Lists 2003 to 2008 of Under Secretary grade of the CSS as well as issue of Select Lists 2009 to 2011.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 11th May 2011 on the subject mentioned above and to say that in connection with holding of review DPC for Under Secretary Select Lists for the years 2003 to 2008 as well as issue of updated Select Lists up to Select List year 2011 Ministries / Departments have been requested to furnish updated vigilance status as on date; penalty, if imposed, (along with orders of imposition of penalty) on any of the officers; and updated APARs (if not already sent to this Deptt.) in respect of the following officers:
- All the Under Secretaries included in Select Lists 2004 to 2008;
- All Section Officers (up to 2002 SO SL) officiating as Under Secretaries; and
- All regular Section Officers (up to 2002 SO SL) who could not be promoted till date due to any infirmity of documents.
