ORDER
Consequent upon completion of the special task assigned to Shri Debabrata Banerjee, Under Secretary (CSL No.6212), he was relieved of his duties by UPSC w.e.f. 23.08.2016. With immediate effect and until further orders, Shri Banerjee is posted to Department of Personnel \& Training.
2. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department, i.e. from 24.08.2016 till issue of this order, is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’.

He went on Level E Training Programme held in ISTM w.e.f. 29.08.2016 to 14.10.2016. On completion of the training, he reported for duty to this Division on 17.10.2016. He submitted applications for Earned Leave from 18.10.2016 to 04.11.2016 and 23.11 .2016 to 30.11 .2016 . The leave applications along with joining reports in original are forwarded herewith for appropriate action. The pay and other allowances till 14.10 .2016 has already been paid by UPSC and from 15.10.2016 onward the same may be paid to the officer by Department of Personnel \& Training. In this connection UPSC communication dated 20.10.2016 is enclosed.
