Regularization of Unauthorized Overstay – R.C. Joshi, IAS

This notification details the Central Government’s approval for the regularization of an unauthorized overstay for Shri R.C. Joshi, an IAS officer, during an inter-cadre deputation. NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Assam and Uttarakhand, the Central Government has approved the proposal for regularization of unauthorized overstay for the period from 01.01.2006 to 08.08.2006 by Shri R. C Joshi, IAS (AM:94) while on inter cadre deputation from Assam Meghalaya cadre to Uttarakhand cadre.
