NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Sikkim and Uttarakhand, the Central Govt. hereby regularize the period of over stay of Shri Puneet Kansal, IAS (SK:96) on inter cadre deputation from Sikkim to Uttarakhand cadre from 24.09.2004 to 23.09.2006.
