NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Manipur and Jharkhand, the Central Government has approved the proposal for regularization of overstayal on inter cadre deputation beyond approved tenure of inter cadre deputation of Shri Arun Kumar Sinha, IAS (MN:1999) from 15.09.2011 to 06.04.2012 in Jharkhand cadre.
