Refresher Training Programme for PSOs/Sr. PPSs of CSSS

This Office Memorandum announces a refresher training programme for PSOs/Sr. PPSs of the Central Secretariat Service (CSSS). The training, conducted by the ISTM from November 25th to December 6th, 2013, requires cadre authorities to relieve the nominated officers in time. Participants will receive a TA/DA advance of Rs. 45,000 and will undertake a study tour as part of the programme. Confirmation of release, along with bio-data, is to be sent to the ISTM by November 18th, 2013. The annexure lists the names, dates of birth, and respective departments of the officers nominated for the training, spanning across various government ministries and departments including Home Affairs, Defence, Expenditure, and more.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:- CTP – Refresher Training Programme for PSOs/Sr. PPSs of CSSS at ISTM from 25.11.2013 to 06.12 .2013 .

The undersigned is directed to say that PSOs/Sr.PPSs of CSSS whose names are given in the Annexure have been nominated to participate in the Refresher Training programme being conducted by the ISTM from 25.11 .2013 to 06.12 .2013 . It is requested that these officers may please be relieved of their duties with the direction to report to Shri K. Govindarajulu, Joint Director, ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 25.11.2013.
2. Cadre Authorities are requested to ensure that the officers nominated to the above training programme are relieved in time.
3. As part of the training programme, the participants would be taken on a study tour. The officers nominated for the training programme may be advised to draw necessary TA/DA advance of Rs.45000/- (Rupees forty five thousand only) from their respective Ministry/Department. This amount may be sanctioned in the name of the nominated officers in the form of cash and the same may be collected by ISTM from the participating officers.
4. Confirmation with regard to the release of the officers along with their respective biodata, indicating the gender and medium, may please be sent to Joint Director, ISTM, New Delhi by 18.11.2013 at the aforesaid address with a copy to the undersigned.
