The Government of Haryana has sent a proposal for re-fixation of seniority/year of allotment of Shri Y.S. Khyalia. They have mentioned that initially Shri Khyalia was appointed to IAS on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List of 2002 and he was assigned 1997 batch. Subsequently, his name was included in the Review Select List of 2001 and he was assigned 1996 batch. Now, the State Government has informed that Select List of 2000 has also been reviewed and Shri Khyalia has come to be included therein below Shri Om Prakash Indora above Shri Subhash Chandra and has been appointed to IAS on the basis of Select List of 2000 vide Notification dated 20.11.2012. They have also mentioned that Shri Subhash Chandra has been allotted 1995 batch and accordingly, year of allotment of Shri Khyalia be also revised to 1995 from 1996.
2. Accordingly, the seniority/year of allotment of Shri Khyalia has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. Details are given in the following table:-
