North Block, New Delhi Dated the $6^{\text {th }}$ October, 2020 ORDER Consequent upon the reference received from the Government of Gujarat vide letter No. AIS/16.2015/524332/G dated 27.08.2020 regarding re-fixation of seniority/year of allotment of Non-SCS officers of Gujarat Cadre viz. Shri Tushar Mohanlal Dholakia inducted into IAS from the Select List 2014, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under pre-amended Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other as per following weightage formula :-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 and 2 of the Select List – 2014 (Non- SCS category) shall be placed below Shri H. C Modi, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2009 batch(SL-2017 SCS) and above Shri Gaurav Dahiya, senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Gujarat cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 3 of the Select List – 2014 (Non- SCS category) shall be placed below Shri N.A. Ninama, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (SL-2018) and above Shri Ajay Prakash, senior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch of Gujarat cadre. 3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer. 4.
