Reconsideration of representation for Shri Rama Krishna Singh

R

This document addresses the reconsideration of a representation filed by Shri Rama Krishna Singh, a retired Deputy Director. The decision stems from a judgment by the Allahabad High Court in WP No. 21686/2009, which allowed the writ petition and set aside a previous allocation order. Subsequently, the Supreme Court’s dismissal of an SLP paved the way for implementing the High Court’s judgment. It has been determined that Shri Rama Krishna Singh has already been promoted to the IFS under a backlog vacancy for 1998-1999, as per a notification from the Ministry of Environment and Forests. Therefore, he cannot be allocated again as a Deputy Director. Consequently, his representation has been disposed of accordingly. The document is copied to various principal secretaries in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, as well as Shri Rama Krishna Singh himself.
