ORDER
Consequent upon the merger of erstwhile Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs with Ministry of External Affairs, Shri Yogesh Gupta (CSL No.6233), Under Secretary has been relieved of his duties w.e.f. 28.02.2017 (AN) by Ministry of External Affairs. With immediate effect and until further orders, Shri Yogesh Gupta is posted to Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion.
- The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 01.03.2017 (FN) till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion.
