OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Re-nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) of CSSS for appointment to the Grade of Personal Assistants of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2010 on regular basis under the Zoning Scheme for Seniority Quota(SQ).
In partial modification of this Department’s O.Ms of even number dated 3.8.2012 and 6.9.2012 on the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to re-nominate Shri H.S. Chauhan, PA on his regular promotion to the grade of Personal Assistant of CSSS under Seniority Quota on inclusion in the Select List Year – 2010 as under:
