This Office Memorandum details the re-nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) of the Central Secretariat Service (CSSS) for appointment to the Grade of Personal Assistants on a regular basis. It modifies previous Office Memorandums dated 3.8.2012 and 23.11.2012, specifically re-nominating P.V. Narayanan and V. Subject: Re-nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) of CSSS for appointment to the Grade of Personal Assistants of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2010 on regular basis under the Zoning Scheme for Seniority Quota(SQ)- reg.
In partial modification of this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 3.8.2012 and 23.11.2012 on the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to re-nominate the following PA(adhoc) on their regular promotion to the grade of Personal Assistant of CSSS under Seniority Quota on their inclusion in the Select List Year – 2010 as under:
