NOTIFICATION
In compliance with the order dated 23.09.2016 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench in DB CMA No. 104/2016, filed by Sri Ramesh Chandra Jain and others in DBCWP No. 7472/2013 (Chhaya Bhatnagar vs Uol and others), and in partial modification of this department’s notification of even no. dated 31.12.2012 and 15.09.2015, the President is pleased to re-appoint the following members of the Civil Service of Rajasthan to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government for the Review Select Lists from 2001 upto 2006:-
