In compliance with the order dated 23.09.2016 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench in DB CMA No. 104/2016, filed by Sri Ramesh Chandra Jain and others in DBCWP No. 7472/2013 (Chhaya Bhatnagar vs Uol and others), and in partial modification of this department’s notification nos. 14015/19/2015-AIS(I)-B, dated 23.10.2015, 14015/19/2016-AIS(I)-B, dated 05.07.2016, 14015/19/2017-AIS(I)-B, dated 10.07.2017, 14015/19/2018-AIS(I)-B, dated 17.04.2018, and 14015/19/2019-AIS(I)-B, dated 23.08.2019, the President is pleased to re-appoint the following members of the Civil Service of Rajasthan to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government from the Review Select Lists of 2013 upto 2018:-
