The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 13.08.2013 and corrigendum dated 21.08.2013 on the subject mentioned above and to convey the approval of the competent authority to re- allocate the following officers, who have recently joined various cadre units under Rotational Transfer Policy for CSS officers or on promotion or have not completed the minimum period prescribed for transfer, to their present Ministry/Department:
