ORDER

Consequent upon his transfer from Central Bureau of Investigation, Shri Rajendra Kumar Dutta, Under Secretary (CSL No.9100) is posted to Department of Pension \& Pensioners’ Welfare vice Shri Manoj Kumar Jha, who has been transferred to Ministry of Home Affairs, with immediate effect and until further orders.
2. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 08.12.2017 (FN) till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Department of Pension \& Pensioners’ Welfare.
