Quotations Invited for supply, installation, testing & commissioning of CCTV camera system at various grounds of central civil services cultural & sports board (CCSCSB)Renovation of Porta Cabins Of CCSCSB Vinay Marg Ground.

Introduction: The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB), an autonomous body under Department of Personnel and Training is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It is the Central agency for promotion of cultural & sports activities amongst the Central Government employees in the country. The board maintains sports ground at various locations in Delhi. To keep the are under 24 hour survelliance, CCTV cameras are required to install at CCSCSB grounds.

2. Scope of Work:

a) Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of IP based CCTV Surveillance System as per schedule of items given in Annexure-I with its required accessories for increase Security Surveillance at Vinay Marg Ground Delhi and RK Puram Sector 13, grounds of CCSCSB located in Delhi.
b) Any structure, permanent or temporary, dismantled or damaged during the course of execution of this work shall have to be replaced and restored to its previous original working condition by the Vendor at its own cost within a reasonable time granted by the Board and to ensure that no any inconvenience is caused in the functioning of the Office/ Staff.

3. PERIOD OF COMPLETION: Time allowed for carrying out this work is 10 days from the date of award of the work.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The agency is advised to inspect and examine the site and satisfy himself as to the conditions prevailing at site and its surroundings regarding extent of work, scope and conditions under which the work is required to be executed.
2. The rate shall be for complete item of work including all taxes, transports and all tools etc.
3. The successful Bidder is bound to carry out any items of works necessary for the completion of the job even though such items are not included in the schedule of quantities and rates.
4. The interested agencies are requested to visit the site and thereafter provide the quotations in performa as per Annexure-II. The quotation may be sent in sealed cover so as to reach this office by 2^{nd } September, 2024 addressed to “The Secretary, CCSCSB, Room No. 361, B- Wing, 3^{rd } Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi – 110003”.
